Strengthening Climate Adaptation Through Strategic Collaboration

TiCCA4DANU continues to reinforce its role in advancing climate adaptation by engaging in strategic synergies with complementary European initiatives. One such collaboration is taking shape with the project JustREACH , with which TiCCA4DANU shares a strong alignment in goals around inclusive, place-based adaptation and the translation of research into actionable policy and community engagement.

At the heart of this synergy is a shared commitment to bridging scientific knowledge, policy development, and citizen engagement — ensuring that climate adaptation strategies are both evidence-based and rooted in real-world needs. By fostering ongoing dialogue between TiCCA4DANU and JustREACH, both initiatives enhance their capacity to support decision-makers, stakeholders, and communities across Europe.

To further strengthen this exchange, TiCCA4DANU’s Project Coordinator, Dr. Oliver Ziegler, serves on the Transdisciplinary Advisory Board of JustREACH. In this role, he contributes strategic insight, feedback on key processes, and perspectives that enrich the cross-project exchange of knowledge and practice.

This collaboration exemplifies TiCCA4DANU’s ongoing dedication to co-creating climate-resilient futures through partnership, shared learning, and transdisciplinary engagement.
