Statistical data will be collected through this site in accordance with the provisions under Section 7) and our Cookie Policy.This processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests).
Additionally, we will process your personal data (only your email address) collected through the website once you register for the newsletter solely for the purpose of sending you electronically newsletters about information on the website and in the area covered by the project. We collect and process your email address for the purpose of sending newsletters only based on your explicit, informed, and voluntary consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. The data will be processed by Web Artisans (Data Controller) through our servers and infrastructure and VDI/VDE Innovation + Technik GmbH (Content Owner) in accordance with the legislation on data protection as well as the obligations and guarantees of law, contract and regulation.
The above data will be processed only by specifically authorised and trained personnel from both organisations and may be communicated to all beneficiaries of TiCCA4DANU (ref. Grant Agreement No. 101214311) if this is necessary to fulfill our obligations as "Beneficiary" of the European Project TiCCA4DANU.

The data will be processed with the tools and methods deemed appropriate to protect security and confidentiality. Data treatment will be carried out either manually or through the use of electronic or automated tools, for which specific physical and computerised protection measures are adopted.

Data will be retained only for as long as necessary. As a general rule, the data will be processed for the duration of the project (8 years total: 3 years active development plus 5 years online maintenance). After this period, the data will be securely deleted, unless further retention is required by law.
